All items sold by ZDC Fashion are brand new and in perfect condition. We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ZDC Fashion within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
